"Very unhappy with this company. Paid $13,000 to put in a system in our basement to keep it dry. Debris ended up getting into the grate they put in which blocked the drain pipe to the subpump and now the whole basement is flooded and ruined. They put in a system that can’t be cleaned out without jackhammering the floors out and replacing the pipe. We just put $40,000 into renovating this basement and now it’s ruined. No one calls you back from this company either. Would not recommend."
