"One cashier ACTUALLY running a register... Passed at least 4 other employees walking around the store, 2 with faces down staring at their phones..*self-check out is for OUR convenience it should be an OPTION, not the ONLY OPTION..."

"I just left Walmart on Walbrook Drive in Knoxville TN. If I could give zero star I would. My review has to do with the money center. It appears that the young lady working the desk today is either very new to working the money center or she very inept at her job and has a nasty attitude to top it off. I was helping my mom sent money and she let me tell her the information and confirm the first part of it. I was confirming the second part and then my mom would sign, then she stayed with an attitude if she’s sending the money why are you signing for it? As nasty as she can be. We waited 30mins for her to get to us and only two people were in front of us. It never takes that long unless there were computer issues. My mom didn’t have her glasses so I helped her finish the process on the pad herself. Too bad I didn’t notice the employee’s or else she would have gotten a nice shout out in this review. If you don’t like your job get another one. This visit was Saturday 1/13/24 between 3:30 and 4:15pm. I’ve never experienced this level of rudeness and competence since I’ve been sending money. It’s been a decade plus."

"My true rating would be a 3.7 but I rounded up. The Walbrook Walmart is a Supercenter and has most departments you need. Many of my staple items have disappeared in the past year and have been replaced by Great Value products. My last visit in January 2024 left me searching for items I've been buying for years. Sections of the shelves were empty in some departments. Bananas were self-serve from the shipping boxes under the display. Many of the employees picking items for orders block aisles or will almost run you over, although there was one young lady who actually stopped long enough to help another customer. There were very few cashiers open, and mine made it well known that he didn't want to be on the register. Unfortunately, my experiences in this store have steadily gone downhill over the last 18 months."

"I was in there shopping with my 5 month old baby and my mother. We don't normally come this way and just stopped in. We didn't know where the back restrooms were. I stopped a short girl with long brown hair and simply asked if I could ask her a question. Because I didnt just want to be rude. That girl was absolutely rude! She smarted off "I'm clocked out so" and kept walking. Like I am completely understanding about being off the clock. But one you're still wearing a uniform and two it wouldn't have hurt for you to say " I'm off the clock I'll ask someone to help you or oh yeah the bathroom is right over there." That's some employee you got there. Wow. I'm not trying to be a Karen or rude, but that was just rude. Whether you're on the clock or not!!"

"I went into Walmart to get some pad and little bitty hair product. I discover a new black woman CEO hair product. I’m gonna try it out and see how it works. Go try it out for yourself."
