Make sure you are on time to your appointment (not early, not late) and everything will run smoothly. In and out in 20 minutes both visits that I made."

"We needed my daughter passport for urgent travel. The 1-877# was not very helpful. They offered me an appointment in El paso texas because they didn't have any in SF. Her travel date is less than a week. I said no, I'll keep calling until I find an appointment. I called as early as 5am, 6am, 7:15am and thats when they offered a same day appointment because someone canceled. Be patient and keep calling until you get your appointment. Be sure to already have all documents, pictures, etc ready because these appointment are last minute. We arrived at 8:15am and didn't enter the passport agency until 8:30 and we reached the checking in window at 9:30am. We got a number and sat down until 11am. Our documents where proceed with payment and we plan to pick up passport the next business day."

"We needed passports for our two children. I called and received an appointment two weeks later. We showed up with all the necessary documents and received our passports that same day. In order to get a rush passport you must be traveling within two weeks of your appointment date. We got to our appointment at 930, it took approx 2 hrs to process all of the information. We came back at 3 and within 1 more hour received our passports. Total cost just under $300.00 for both passports. We love this place. It was super organized and everyone was very professional. Great experience overall."

"Called 14 days ahead and got an appointment exactly 24 hours before my flight. Needed first passport for my son and a renewal for mine. Appointment was at 11 and picked up both pasports by 4pm. Would advise to get appointment as early as possible as if your appointment is too late in the afternoon you may have to pick up the next day. Must have appointment no walk-ins. Door guards seemed to enjoy messing with people that tried to walk in with no appointment :)"

"This seemed like a very organized operation. The only downside is that they no longer accept walk-ins post pandemic. Getting an appointment is usually more than two weeks out. The phone line was incredibly busy, I called dozens of times starting at 5AM only to be disconnected. Finally someone answered and I had to laugh when they said the only available appointments for the time frame I needed (a week) were in Seattle, San Juan or Honolulu. This would be a great option if you have a month plus timeline, for people who need their passport in 24-72HRS this was not a solution. I had to cancel my flights. I think this operation is well organized but don’t expect a miracle, they said they occasionally have cancellations but it seemed nearly impossible to get an appointment on short notice."
