"They will make mistakes in your application and you will have to call and email them multiple times for them to fix it (as was my experience). The time you save by not having to go to the embassy will be spent following up with them to do their job correctly. I am still waiting a response from them and at this point just considering doing it on my own. Customer service is absolutely unhelpful as well"
"My passport arrived today. I was reading the reviews and honestly got scared but everything what they said it was delivered. My passport arrived in 5 days even the day before the date was requested. Great service."
"I know this post is long but, please read: It will save you time, anixeity and money. I think it's pretty safe to say that when you go through agencies such as this. They play on your emotions. Which is pretty much what happened to me. They know that certain restrictions on travel have been lifted because of Covid, so they promise you an expedited passport for an exorbitant amount of money. Additionally, another reason for the cost being so high is because a lot of state run agencies, that expedited passport in normal times, are not taking any more appointments for expedited service because they're backed up for at least another 17 to 18 weeks due to these travel restrictions being lifted. On 9/21/21, I submitted all the required documents for an expedited passport through CIBT. I was told that I would get the passport within a week. Additionally, I was told that within the next two days, they would deduct a total of 746.00 from my account, and that on the following Monday, I'd receive an email stating that my passport would be overnighted by Fedex the next day, because by the time that I wanted to pick up my passport from their offices, they would be closed. None of this never happened! Throughout this whole process, I took the initiative to follow up with CIBT as they never deducted the funds from my account when they said they would. Finally, on Monday 9/27, they deducted the funds and said that Fedex would overnight it the next day. That never happened. When I inquired to CIBT and Fedex about my package, they placed all of the responsibility on Fedex. Fedex claimed that the driver delivered the package at a certain time, however, I have a security camera in the front of my home and the timestamp on the camera, never confirmed that the driver never showed up. To make matters worse, CIBT could make it right by refunding the funds yet they won't as they claim it's out of their hands and I have to contact Fedex, in spite of the fact that choosing they are the ones that took care of the shipping for me. I contact Fedex and they're saying that the "investigation can take up to 60 days to get straight. So now, I am out of almost 80.000, I have no passport and no one is willing to help because no on wants to accept responsibility."
"Though the personnel at the local office was friendly and helpful with reviewing the docs and submitting them, the telephone customer service is terrible at best. They refuse to offer any help or provide a status on a service they were decently paid for. When submitting or during the entire application process I was only given a case number, but the customer service would only take a US order no without which they refuse to even heard my problem. They kept sending me over to VFS Global and they in turn looped me back to Travisa....they both collectively caused me a lot of mental anguish. I also heard from the actual embassy that Travisa kept my documents for 10 days with them before sending them over to the embassy. This is pure incompetence."
"Amazing experience with Travisa... I had only a week to secure a Brazil travel visa, and they NAILED it for several hundred dollars less than the competition. Couldn't be happier. Extremely pleasant experience, great customer service, they worked together with me as a team to get everything taken care of. Alex and Karina were AMAZING! I am so thankful for them. I caused some confusion with my multiple calls, and they handled everything extremely positively and professionally... as a TEAM, even though they were both helping me simultaneously. Cant say enough positive things about Travisa and Alex and Karina... thank you so much!!"
