"Beware of Stater Bros meat!! I just bought some pork shoulder meat today 02/22/2024. The top side of the meat looked consumable before packaged was opened. As soon as I opened the packaged and flip the meat onto it's other side. I noticed that the meat is LITERALLY spoiled. The package didn't mention the meat was on markdown. Didn't know the Stater Bros at Downey sold spoiled meat now. Leaving this review to bring awareness to other shoppers."

"I've been going to this stator bros for years and always had a funny feeling about an employee who worked there. I never did anything to the lady and shes always been disrespectful to me and my partner. I never said anything but today I had enough. Her name is Amy k and I'm surprised everytime I have to ring my groceries with her that she still works there. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitude."

"Store seemed decent at first, but now It's kinda going down hill since they got rid of some workers and hired worse ones. The kids are brainless and act like they don't care and most of the ladies there have an attitude."

"Horrible customer service!! I went here earlier today and politely asked a cashier if she could help me out with a little issue I had. I had a gift card that had $500 but the numbers on the card peeled off and the card also got demagnetized. My only option was to go to stater bros where the card was purchased and have them reprint the receipt by simply scanning the barcode on the back that was still visible. The cashier loudly said “oh sorry we don’t don’t do those things here”. She embarrassed me infront of other customers by yelling and rolling her eyes at me. I wanted to scream at her but I have manners, I bit my tongue and said thank you. I was super polite I didn’t deserve to get treated this way!!"
