"For one Im Not happy that covid has everything crazy at the mall but on top of that these lines that go from 1/2 hr or more everywhere But then I end up with a unprofessional manager “Corrina” which shouldn’t even be up front if she doesn’t know how to handle a situation like she was in today and that she did not care enough about customer service after i just spent plenty of money and shop there all the time ! Customer service is always key so think twice Tillys about putting her as a side manager she will only cost you a loss of money Corrina needs to be retrained for better customer service.all because she wouldn’t allow me to exchange an item that had been purchased a few seconds ago unprofessional service."
