"I had an issue on returning an item from online order I requested to speak with the manager name Nayeli hoping she would do it and she deny it with an excuse that it’s holiday returned policy which is a lie these girls that works there think they own the store to accept and deny customers that shop often like me. Forever 21 have to take some actions for this I shouldn’t be going to an other location for my return!"

"I bought about $400 online and when I went in to return $20 pants that didn’t fit my daughter, I was denied a return. Supposedly their return system was down. But yet other people there were making purchases. Customer service here sucks. I work in retail. You shouldn’t turn away customers. I would’ve probably spent a lot more than the $20 I was getting back. I’ll take my business elsewhere."
"This is probably 1 of the worse Forever 21 stores I’ve visited. If you wear anything passed a size Medium you’re out of lunch. The store is small and 90% of the clothes are for the middle schoolers. Don’t waste your time !"
