"Startlingly bad customer service. And I almost never review things on Google maps, but this compelled me to. One worker insulted me to my face for not noticing some sign on the self-checkout that there were no cash payments allowed. I didn't realize at first that this also meant no cashback either, so I clicked cashback. She had an absolutely horrible and condescending attitude, and I feel something probably should be done about it. I believe her name is Wendy + (hispanic last name). On top of that, the Ralph's was out of watermelons at the time that day too"

"This place is a Joke!!! We just purchased over $100 dollars worth of Groceries! I usually shop at this Ralph’s because it’s closer to my home I experience a couple bad customer service approaches but this time it just did it!! never coming back! I been a customer for over 20yrs and Diana the cashier was so rude cancelled my whole transaction over one bag that I didn’t add 10 cents!! Are you kidding me!
