"Went to her a few times and it was fine, but she was really rude about a misunderstanding about how much shampoo she needed (I didn’t bring enough, said I would reschedule no big deal). She then told me she was booked through the year (in June?), which I doubt,when I tried to reschedule. I tip well and even wrote a letter to the county once on her behalf. Unprofessional. Also, she’ll put baking soda on your dog. Bring your own shampoo."
