"Kevin likes to call customers stupid when traffic is chaotic.. some lady almost hit my car and then demanded I move when there was no way to move more out of her way, Kevin then proceeded to walk along side of my car to continue throwing his hands up calling me stupid. I can only do so much in Christmas chaos traffic in Kroger parking lot. Crazy .."

"For the past several months I have purchased strawberries though online pickup and they have been bad every time. The last time I purchased strawberries was Oct. 27th 2023 and today 3 days later in Oct. 30th 2023 I open the container and they are molded!! I have complained to customer service multiple times and yet I still get molded strawberries on my online pickup orders."

"Always have such great prices and rewards with fuel points compared to any other retail grocery stores. The people are always so friendly and are willing to help you with anything, even if that includes running to the back to check on items for you. Been going to this Kroger since I was a kid and have loved it ever since. Especially now that they have a fuel station!!"

"While I like Kroger stores in general, this one has probably the worst and most confusing parking lot in Knoxville. Too many spaces devoted to pickup. A large shipping container and a surveillance camera taking up other spots. Then they make announcements that cars will be towed. Not to mention it was even more if a dumpster fire during gas pump construction. I'll avoid."

"What can I say!! This was the first time I visited this place in a long time.. It’s similar to the Kroger’s in Kingston pike, but the place has a Star bucks located on the inside.. I was impressed for a second I thought I was in Walmart in the infant section. There are blankets, toys, baby gates, and car seats for sale.. The staff are really sweet and willing to help.. There is a whole Dish section for you to buy plate ware. Really nice store!!"
