"The sales person who helped design my kitchen did a great job. BUT BE AWARE!! The store has terrible return exchange policy even if the mistake was on there side! When I brought the granite home I noticed that ONE piece of granite counter tops was a different color. They were very similar. I called the store. They would not exchange the piece because it was already cut. I informed the person whom I was speaking to that it was their employees fault because they should have noticed the slight difference when they loaded and picked out the pieces to load on to my truck. I was told the best they could do is 20% off on the next piece of granite I purchased. As a professional business they could have done better especially if they want to continue have new customer's return. AND AGAIN THE MISTAKE WAS ON THEIR END THEIR EMPLOYEE'S PICKED IT OUT TO LOAD IT! I am definitely not going to refer DECO to any of my contractor friends."

"I bought all of my cabinets and granite there for my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I spent a lot of money there. So far three of the drawers broke, and drawer fronts fell off. There is a big crack in the granite in my kitchen. I went to get replacement parts so I could fix my drawers. They sold me the wrong part, brought it back and they would not refund my money! Now I am out $65.00. That is not a good way to conduct business. I would NOT recommend Deco,. I will NEVER do business with them again!!!"

"Very bad experience. At first, when you arrive, they are all happy and they mostly everything is possible. Then, the fun starts. We asked for an island of 3x6. But they wrote on the slip a full slate of granite. The person in place never told us that we had to cut it. But he wrote it on the invoice so once paid we were stuck by that detail. Thus, for people like us or just believe what we say to someone would be written properly in the working slip, be aware that it won't be the case. Second, the island come with a "skin" that is the thin piece of finish around the island. It was so short that we couldn't complete the work completely. When I came to their office, they couldn't find a solution. Very rude, no solution mindset. Something happened with both our bathroom vanity. Lastly, The quality is poor. Some drawers barely close, some others are not smooth to close. The bathroom vanity has drawer that get stuck in the pipe, etc. My advice is to skip that shop. They have no customer service, they do not care once you paid, and they will say "Yes, Yes, Yes" and write something else and let you down. I spent about 2 000$ and regret it."

"CUSTOMERS BEWARE, especially if you are older and may appear easy to take advantage of. My experience with Deco is the WORST experience I've had with any business! They were helpful only until I paid them. My order did not contain all the parts, colors, or products that I ordered. Deco requires full payment before the customer can proceeding to the loading dock, where only fully packaged cabinets and parts are allowed to be viewed. The workers on the dock do not answer questions, and my request for someone who spoke English was refused. From the moment I delivered payment, all service ended. I have tried to discuss the problems through unanswered emails, multiple unreturned phone messages, and one brief call to a manager who hung up on me and never called back or answered my questions. Over the last month, I suggested a generous compromise solution in all these attempted contacts but have received no reply from Deco. It appears to me that this company does not stand by its product or orders. My order was wrong, and there has been zero attempt to make it right in spite of my multiple unanswered emails and phone messages."

"I have been doing business with deco for over 11 years. Their customer service is awesome and their cabinets are of better quality than most, and the price being cheaper, so between customer service and cost and quality that's why I keep coming back thank you."
