"I'd recommend traveling to another Home Depot. It's not a safe place to leave your car unattended while shopping. Illegals, panhandlers, and drug addicts walking around."

"Home Depot is my go-to for all things home improvement. Whether I need tools, materials, or expert advice, they always have me covered. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making every visit a breeze. What I love most is the wide selection they offer – it's like a DIY enthusiast's paradise! And their prices are competitive, which is a huge plus. Plus, their online ordering and curbside pickup options have been a lifesaver, especially during busy times. Overall, Home Depot consistently delivers on quality, convenience, and customer service. It's no wonder they're my first choice for all my home improvement projects."

"I rented a truck from HD for ten days and left my car in the parking lot. No one told me I couldn't leave it there. I didn't ask if it was okay to leave it there since other places where I have rented vehicles let you park your car in their lot while you're renting. I drove by HD periodically to check on my car but never saw any warning notices on it. When I returned the HD truck at the end of the ten days, my car was gone. The day shift supervisor said the employees are not trained to ask if the customer will be leaving their vehicle and said it was my fault for not asking. I asked to talk to the manager, who conveniently, was not available. For a whole month, I was not able to contact the manager even though I called numerous times, left messages and went in person to the store. When he was finally available, after a month of dodging my calls and my in-store visits, he blamed me for the tow. He said I "abandoned" my vehicle. He denied authorizing the tow and said the tow company drives through the parking lot and takes vehicles which are in their parking lot after hours. He said even night shift employees had been towed. He refused to reimburse me for the tow. When I asked to talk to his supervisor, he refused to give me that information. Although the truck itself was great (it even had a backup camera which the U-Haul trucks don't have) the rest of the rental was terrible. They don't provide a dedicated parking spot for customers who are renting a truck for an extended period of time nor do they provide a parking permit or placard stating that you are a truck rental customer. So, if you rent a truck and plan to have it after hours, get a friend to drive your car home for you or take an Uber and go back to get it yourself. That's a lot cheaper than paying for a tow. Wish HD had told me, it would have saved me $670 for the tow."

"Why do u guys even have phones???!!! Really, WHHHY?!!! No one ever answers them! U have taken a page out of W'mart's playbook. Big mistake. That only pisses people off when they call to ask a question, first, before they waste their gas & time going down there & then find out, in person, that they wasted their gas & time for nothing, when it could've been answered on the phone. Today I called to ask a question about a certain item. I sp w the robot who transferred me. After it rang for a while & no one answered, it again transferred me. It was still ringing 5 mins later when I hung up. In total, I was on the phone, listening to a ringtone, for 6 mins 3 secs & never did sp w a real person to get my question answered. Ridiculous!!!"
