"These incompetent idiotic security they have, was there today looking to buy a freezer. I ended up not finding what I liked, so as I was leaving out the door. Two pathetic excuses for security personal approached me and demanded I give back what I stole. Didnt stupids see that I had nothing when walking out. They kept insisting I had something, i even emptied my pockets, one of the persons even tried to fight me. What moronic idiots, I ve been going to this lication for about 10yrs , I'm a contractor always buying here This was humiliating for me. Not going back. These idiots let people walk out with carts full and just stand there. Bunch of looser . Go after someone who actually steals ."

"Ordered a sale item from their web site for store pickup that their web site said was in stock. Was shocked that they charged my credit card and then cancelled the order and insisted that I placed a second order for them to fulfill it from their warehouse. Home Depot seems to expect their customers to pay for the privilege of doing inventory management for them. Coupled with a lost delivery from a few weeks ago from another store that delivered to the wrong location, I think Home Depot is on the well-worn path tread by Kmart and Sears."

"Had to go to Capitol HD for a good Christmas tree. The Plant HD didn't have the large parking lot display that they have had in years past of Christmas Trees and only a handful in gardening. Thankfully Capitol had their parking lot full of nice trees to choose from. Basically same price of last year, 100 bucks with tax."

"Big Home Depot San Jose Capitol Expressway. The store is huge 75,000 square feet. They have EVERYTHING. The Outside Garden is just as big as the competitors. The plant selections and trees are all SEASONAL. Including Xmas, Easter, Mothers Day.... They have all kinds of plants and trees and veggies and fruit and soil and sand and pavers and bender boards and sprinklers and PVC pipes and fertilizers and grass seeds and hoses and everything you could possibly need for your home to make it beautiful. Service is EXCELLENT. They have plenty of people to always help and answer your questions. The cashiers are also pretty knowledgeable."
