"I got an AC recharge kit for a Honda 2023 and I asked Jose if that was all I needed which he confirmed Then went outside to recharge the system, but couldn’t, I entered the store again and they told me that i wasn’t gonna be able to load it as another piece of equipment is needed, Finally I asked if I could return the item but they said no as we opened it to try and install it Don’t trust their word they are not reliable and undertrained"
