"The stock at this Lowe's is low. It's hard to find things even if they're supposed to be in stock according to the online website. The garden section is great, and they often have a lot of plants on clearance. They have clearance items on the back wall by the garden. They don't have too many staff, so it's difficult to get help out on the floor unless you're willing to wait awhile. We've ordered some big ticket items out of this store, and the order has always been delivered/installed/ordered wrong."

"Do not go here for flooring. We ordered wood flooring to be installed almost two month ago. They asked for payment in full up front (parts and install) which is strange. Every week, we get a call from a Lowe's rep saying that either the parts have been delivered but they can't find it in the store or the parts haven't arrived yet. Starting to feel like a scam since they took all our money up front and can't find the product in the store?"

"I had a bad experience checking out in the self checkout. The employee kept coming up and asking if I needed help. I said no at least 4 times before she decided to grab my items and start ringing them up herself because she wanted to help. If I needed help I would have gone through the line. ÑShe ruined my whole Lowe's experience. This was my first time at Lowe's."

"I bought 2 planks of wood that need to be cut in half to fit in my car. No biggie since Lowe's has a wood cutting area that employees utilize. It's a great service - when someone is there to use the machines to cut the wood. I would do it my home but like I said - the long planks don't fit in my car. As of now I've asked 3 times in over 25 minute time span and still not activity. They called over the PA 2 times but not the 3rd. If you are going to offer a service - have personnel that are available to complete said service. Side note - plenty of red vests walking around aimlessly. Not bueno."

"Quick stop to pick up some shelves ( ordered them before hand) and brackets. Amazing hosts at the pickup desks that make the task quick and efficient right from checking in to picking up the ordered items. An in-depth review awaits once I make it to the store for a detailed visit though I would absolutely recommend the store. Shoutout to Paola for helping me out with the order!!!"
