"This was my go to store for games, my Xbox stopped working on my so I figured why not take it here to get repaired. Called 3 times to get an update with the last one being “it’s being finicky and we’re still trying to figure it out” I went in the next day and they said it had been fixed, without my authorization to go ahead with the repair and could not do anything except pay for the repair which is more expensive than the trade in value I could get anywhere for it. I am very upset and will not visit Secret City again. Edit: called the manager, was able to resolve the issue and they took full responsibility for the lack of communication. Very impressed with customer service. Thank you all"
"If I could give zero stars for this place I most certainly would. This place is a joke for electronics repair. After approximately 8 months of trying to get a Samsung tablet fixed for water damage, which never happened and two replacement devices, I finally gave up and returned the last piece of garbage replacement device and walked away taking the loss of a working usable device. There was a ton of important information on the device that was never fixed that is way more important than the monetary cost. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing here and will lie to you about everything they say they are doing or will do just to rip you off of whatever money they can drain off you till you finally give up."
"I'm not a huge gamer but I had some things to sell recently and I visited secret City exchange. I found out it is owned by a fellow Hoosier. Steven is great and extremely helpful, and also fair when trying to get rid of some things. It's a pleasure doing business with him and it's always a great pleasure to see his beautiful furball, Shinobi."
"Got three boxes of comic books stolen tracked them down to where they were sold. Had to pay a 100$ to get them back and over half were missing. They wouldn't let me see them before I paid the 100$ to see if they were all there. Called and emailed owner and he assured me he still had them all. Very sad experience."
