"About a 10 minute stop for a few items and was greeted by 3 different employees just passing by, asking if we needed help with anything.Everyone is always so kind and helpful at this location!"

"Ordered some pea gravel online for in-store pickup. Arrived at the online pickup desk and was greeted by rather abrupt responses from an employee named Valorie. She told us our order was down at the lumber desk and that another employee would load it down there. We went down to the other end and asked the cashier about the order, and she didn't know anything about it. She called the online order desk, and they told her to contact the employee who was supposed to be loading our order. After several failed attempts at contacting the guy, another employee named Darrell came to our assistance in locating our now missing order. He took us back down to the online order desk where Valorie was actively playing on her phone while working and got a nasty reply to his question of where our order was. We then learned that there were two men with the same name who worked at this location, and the one she had been trying to contact was not working that day. Valorie then cut us short and left us high and dry to go back to her phone, texting or whatever she was doing. Darrell, being the proper Home Depot employee and human being, went with us back down to the lumber side of the store to find our order stuffed in a corner in the back of the lumber section behind the aisle. Valorie needs re-trained or let go, and Darrell needs a raise."

"It is easy to get lost in Home Depot, however there are Home Depot employees through to guide you to where you want/need to go and help you find and the things you want/need to know as well. Saturday night, I went to the Home Depot in Oak Ridge, I went there for 2 things, a High Tension Pin for a closet door and Draw Sliders for a Vanity. Home Depot employee JP helped me find both of the items that I was looking for. JP has helped me once before as well. JP is a great person, friendly and polite. Thank you JP."

"We went to Home Depot in Oak Ridge TN to buy a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The company that Home Depot hired to deliver our appliances would not park in front of our house they were not able to park in our driveway cause it has a slop and would mess up our driveway. The delivery guy would not delivered our appliances and was Very Very rude and disrespectful to us. Home Depot management stated to us they would take care of it and would make it right for what happened to us. But Home Depot was all talk and did nothing so we canceled the order. So we went to Lowe's and got our new appliances. Will never ever shop at Home Depot in Oak Ridge TN again. In fact we will never shop Home Depot anywhere!!"
