"After all these years, I'm just not happy with the work they did on my car. In 2018 I had an accident and my insurance made me go here. Weirdly I had the same problems as another customer. They stole a pack of cigarettes and a phone charger out of my car. Alex remedied the situation by cutting me a check. The headlights too, are pointed too low and the star/torx where you can adjust it is stripped. I tried to raise them but they seem to drop. Also there were some fitment issues with the front bumper and the headlights, and hood. They used Asian made fender flares and a hood on a Mercedes Benz(sloppy and cheap) on a repair my insurance was paying for, so you could have used OEM. Now I'm noticing on the hood there are some paint issues on the edges, near the grill. The work is embarrassing to be honest.. it wasn't such a long time ago, where paint should be looking like that. I'm going to fix it myself as I own a detail and body work situation Now, but all those years ago, I did not. I relied on this shop to get things done properly and that did not happen . AVOID THIS SHOP Ps. Another issue is under the hood, there is no heat dissipation pad , due to the fact that the aftermarket sub par one they used didn't come with one."

"Recommended by the dealership, I stopped by on a Friday afternoon to get an estimate for some paint damage. Robert came out and looked at it and told me "I don't recommend painting it" and instead he said it would be better to sand it and smooth it out. And to my shock, he told me to pull around and he would do it right then in there. Robert and Roman worked on the car for a while and even fixed a few other spots I didn't see. I was in and out in less than one hour. And, as a bonus, I received tips on how to take care of my car and had a pleasant and fun conversation with Robert. This is service!!! People like Robert/Roman and places like World Auto Body make me have faith in the world - there are still kind, genuine, honest and hard-working people our there ready to help. "My insurance company organized repairs at this location. My first impression was positive, the gentleman who helped me was thorough and informative. He told me my car was estimated to be repaired in 5 to 7 days. After the 8th day, I decided to get in contact with them to find out the status. The guy I spoke with said the part had just arrived, and he would find out how long it would take and give me a call back. On day 9, I call back and waited on hold for over 30 minutes. No one can tell me the status of my car. NO ONE. I might have to report my car stolen at this point. UPDATE: Got my car back on the 12th day it was in the shop. When I went to pick it up, they kindly informed me there was a credit card surcharge of 4.5%. They don’t tell you this before you arrive, so you are stuck with it, unless you commonly walk around with several thousands in cash."
