"I accidentally erased my original review, so here it goes again! Extremely thankful for the experience here, to the woman who exchanged my serpentine belt, for the correct size, to the asst. manager Christian (Chris), who went beyond in providing me more than just a standard customer service experience. I had gone to the Auto zone in Balboa around 1PM to exchange my serpentine belt for the correct size and once I replaced it and put everything back together I proceeded to check the power terminal of the alternator due to it overheating and my battery light being on. I wanted to find out if my terminal was damaged or my alternator. In the process the screw broke off, the metal parts in a crumbling state. I had no way of reattaching the terminal back on. Fortunately, I had just been paid that day and Cristian, most respectfully and professionally, swooped in and offered to help! Not only did he help me get the correct alternator but he also helped me install it as well. I'd like to say that I am now going to this location, but in reality, I'm throwing my money wherever Christian goes. That is a valuable and knowledgeable employee, hold on to him AutoZone!"
