"Despite a computer error gave incorrect information on part availability and having to deal with an upset client (me) Shaun put in the effort to acquire the necessary parts as quickly as possible. He acted with integrity and took care of my car to the best of his ability. The mechanic working on the car, Jr. did excellent work replacing the malfunctioning parts. Both of them were a credit to Pep Boys and went above and beyond in customer service."

"Starting getting my oil changed here instead of the Jeep dealer. First 3 times was fine, but last time they also recommended a coolant flush which I did. 3 months/4500 miles later both my oil and coolant are at dangerously low levels and their excuse is my engine (Less than 60k miles) is burning it?? My old wrangler doesn’t even burn that much in 4500 miles. I’m going back to the Jeep dealer even if it costs more and is less convenient."

"Great service. The staff working today was very helpful and friendly. Got a free alignment check and tire rotation. They also recommend other services based on how many miles are on my car, but I already did them myself. I would recommend going here if you need your car inspected before spending lots of money on an alignment after getting new tires."

"I came in for an Uber vehicle inspection. I recommend an appointment as I came in without one. It took about 1.5hrs to get the inspection done and it was $20. The tech was nice, friendly and helpful."
