"They did well. My catalytic converter got stolen and estimated that they where going to have the part in April. No way in hell was I going to wait that long so I found the converter and brought the part to them. They had my car ready in less than a week. Communication was pretty solid. They let me know what happened, what needed to be replaced, etc. No car wash, but they were pretty busy. It is what it is. It's a good mom and pop shop. Also, amazing customer service from the front desk lady. She always has a smile whenever you see her. They recommended me a great catalytic converter cage, unfortunately they don't do that but without this shop, I wouldn't have been able to protect my converter, so thanks!"

"I recently received my vehicle back from N.A.S after they repaired my rocker panel and driver's side passenger door. However, upon inspection after taking delivery, I discovered several quality issues with the repairs. I am dissatisfied with the obvious issues in the paint and texture on the rocker panel in the repaired section. Additionally, there are inconsistencies in the panel gaps on the new door and the window gasket. Despite my attempts to address these issues by calling, emailing, and visiting the shop, I received no help in resolving them. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. The communication with the shop during the repairs was disappointing. I am not satisfied with the outcome and I do not plan to return to this shop if I encounter another issue. I will not recommend this shop to others. Here is the short list of things that went very wrong: They did not return phone calls. They failed to meet their promises regarding timelines. The quality of the paintwork is poor. The quality of the repairs are questionable (the fit and alignment tests failed twice, and I am still experiencing sounds coming from the left rear.)"
