"The most honest mechanic you will ever meet. He had a chance to overcharge me 3 times and I would have never even known, but he did not. One time I thought my key was broken, turned out battery was blocked - no charge. Second - my steering wheel does not move up or down, he checked if my car is still under warranty and because it just ended he suggested I called the dealership and ask them if they can fix it for free. It did not happen, even though Encino MB was open to me coming in but I wanted place closer by but Santa Monica dealership would barely want to talk to me. So I decided to have Stepke fix it even though he was recommending not to do it as it was close to $1,000. Guess what? Turned out it was not as complex as he thought it would be and charged me only $100 and washed my dirty car. Honestly, as a new mother overwhelmed with everything I almost cried tears of joy leaving the place hoping that every and any business would be just like Stepke.
