"Just took my dog in for her vaccines. She needed 2 vaccines that were both 3 year vaccines. After verifying that both vaccines were to be 3 year vaccines I was looking at my receipt and one of them was a 1 year. I explained that both were to be 3 year as was verified 3 times before the vaccines were given. When I questioned them about what happened I was told that they do not carry the 3 year for that particular vaccine. If that is the case why did they verify that I was getting the 3 year vaccine 3 times?"

Dr Smith was very interested in my concerns and in Layla's care, and didn't seem rushed or in a hurry to get out of the room, at all. She took a lot of time and was very thorough and attentive to my aging cat. Thank you to all!
