"Pharmacy closed unexpectedly today at 6 pm. I had prescriptions for my extremely sick child sent here because they’re supposed to be open until 10 pm, and they completely wasted my time because their pharmacist wasn’t on duty when they were supposed to be. Sorry and pathetic. It is absolutely pathetic that Franklin doesn’t have a single pharmacy with reasonable weekend hours, and for the one across from the hospital where the sickest people are seen to close FOUR HOURS early without publicizing their new hours is totally ridiculous. My child needs a nebulizer to help him breathe easier and because of y’all’s laziness and negligence, I find myself driving all the way to Columbia at 9:30 pm. COLUMBIA has a 24/7 pharmacy and Franklin does not. Pitiful. Do better Walgreens."

"This employee wasnt wearing a nametag. He rung me up at the photobooth which I thought was odd. He proceeded to say "I forgot to tell my dad I had an Amazon account". He burped loudly and unabashedly and then repeated the same exact phrase. He had terrible awareness and service. Turned me off from this location and it's such a convenient location."

"Yesterday Walgreens gave me a run around, said my medicine would be ready and go to pick up, not ready then go back hours later, they didn't bother telling me I was missing the main medicine and only put an old script in bag I got all the way home and realized they didn't give me the very same medicine I had been waiting on all day so I call and then they tell me after 2 trips and 3 calls they don't even have it in stocks and will be over a week!!! This is unacceptable especially when you are 75 years old and your husband is 88 and he is the one driving back and forth!!! This is nonsense and Walgreens should know and do better for their customers!!! ESPECIALLY since they are so expensive!!!"

"The only reason I am giving 1 star is for their employee “Barbara” who is one of the rudest staff members I have interacted with. She puts no effort to be nice or courteous to her customers. I have seen her make faces as customers at times and I really felt awkward when she was at checkout counter. I live like 10 mins from this Walgreens so I use this location very often but thinking to switch our go-to location because of this one employee"
