"My family stayed at this Holiday Inn during a trip to the area to look at house for our pending relocation. We arrived at approximately 2pm and wanted to check-in due to medical related items that need to be safely stored in a room. Our room was ready, and we were checked in with a supplemental early check-in charge. In over 30-years of traveling, I've never been charged a supplemental fee for an early check-in when rooms were ready. Needless to say, in future trips we chose to stay at other facilities."

"I recently stayed at Holiday Inn & Suits and overall, it was a decent experience. The room I stayed in was clean and updated, which was definitely a plus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the lobby was well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, I must admit that the breakfast offered at the hotel was just okay. While it was sufficient, I couldn't help but feel that the quality could have been better. Having stayed at this hotel a few times before, I remember the breakfast being more enjoyable in the past. It would be great if they could work on improving the breakfast options to match the standard of the rest of the hotel. One aspect that I found slightly inconvenient was the parking situation. The parking spaces were a bit tight, making it a little challenging to maneuver my vehicle. It would be beneficial if the hotel could consider expanding or reorganizing the parking area to provide more comfortable parking spaces for guests. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still had a pleasant stay. The clean and updated rooms, along with the friendly staff and well-kept lobby, created a positive overall experience. With some improvements to the breakfast selection and parking situation, this hotel has the potential to become an even better choice for future stays. If you're looking for a place with clean rooms and a friendly staff, Holiday Inn & Suites is worth considering. Just keep in mind the breakfast might not meet your highest expectations, and parking might require some careful maneuvering."

"I travel a lot, so I stay in many different hotels. This hotel was particularly awful, enough so to prompt me to write this review. Here's why: - Cigarette everywhere, seriously all over the ground outside. I don't think I have ever seen so many cigarettes in front of a business. - Rude front desk staff - I overheard the lady at the front desk talking to another worker about one of the guests at the hotel. It was really off putting to hear such rude comments and was highly unprofessional. The front desk staff should spend less time gossiping about guests and more time managing the hotel. - The hotel room had an awful smell. I thought it was just my room perhaps, but at breakfast I overheard another guest talking about how their room smelled funny also - This is a newer hotel, but it feels much dirtier and worn down than it should be. You can tell this is a poorly managed hotel. If you're looking to stay in Berry Farms, there are a lot of better options. I would recommend the Marriott or the Hilton over this hotel."

"Great hotel. Super nice area. Nice front desk associates. The breakfast is amazing!! Biscuits and gravy is top notch every time. Even the eggs and bacon are great. I have stayed 3 nights this year passing thru various times. Support this place!"
