"Very beautiful and detailed architecture! Every employee was as gracious and caring as they could be. From valet to dinner to check out. I was very pleased with the service we received. The food was different but amazing. We got the dry aged steak and I do recommend it. It is a little pricey and there’s a lot that could be included. But at the same time, I understand the overhead to keep a place looking like that and the service so good is also pricey. Overall, we had a great experience. And I will recommend to others"

"I booked an overnight stay for my wife and two daughters (10 and 8 years old). For their stay, I booked a dinner reservation, manicures, a tour of the property and a beeswax candle making class. The service from check-in all the way through the last event was impeccable. The staff was attentive and courteous at all times. Not a single employee dropped the ball in any way. Kudos to the service training and the passion of the team. We will be back. Thank you for taking care of my family."

"This place is beautiful!! Absolutely beautiful! The rooms are perfect. Ours had a fireplace and windows that can open to let in fresh air. The views from the hotel rooms are gorgeous, and the staff is top notch. The only thing I can find to complain about has to do with the food. I love splurging on a fun trip and have stayed in luxury hotels all over the country. However, I’m not a huge fan of fancy food…especially when the menu is SERIOUSLY limited. I prefer staples and this place doesn’t have many of them. I just prefer more traditional staples for food. Overall, the best thing I ate was a salad. They grow their own lettuce on site and it’s delicious. But the salad was just lettuce, an array of seeds and a very light dressing. I also ordered a raspberry smoothie that was incredibly bitter and not the least bit sweet. I found that to be true of the parfait as well. I get the idea of healthy food options and totally endorse that, but this place does not offer enough food options for our family. After 24 hours of the very limited menu offered on site, we decided to drive into Franklin to eat, and there are lots of really great options there. All in all, this is a wonderful weekend getaway…just pack snacks….lots of snacks!"

"Exceptional experience you must try! We attended the holiday Candlelit Aglow evening event and LOVED it! First, the grounds and facility are beyond words. Breathtaking views, superb architecture, impeccable design and an unforgettable experience. The 6 course meal was divine, superb service, pleasing entertainment and flawless execution made for an incredibly special evening. I can't believe this is in my own backyard. Book an evening event, a spa day or a weekend at this resort and you won't regret it! 5 stars all the way!!"

"My wife and I visited to celebrate her birthday and everything from scheduling the reservation, activities and dining was great. The property is beautiful and can't wait to see it continue to grow. Food and cocktails were delicious, and the spa was first class. Furthermore Southall went above and beyond with their service. My wife left her make up bag in the room and we were staying another night with our family at the Opry Land resort and one of the team members drove the bag 45 minutes to deliver to us. This is going above and beyond in my opinion! Highly recommend Southall Farm and Inn you won't regret it!"
