"I brought my grown daughter here for a get-a-way and we loved this place. Everything is elevated and lovely--from the robes in the rooms, to the gorgeous shower, to the lobby, etc. And it's located right in the middle of things so you can walk to dinner etc. Highly recommend!"

"A beautiful spot a stone’s throw out of downtown Franklin for shopping, walkable fine restaurants and beautiful, clean, fresh smelling rooms! Susan, at the front desk, along with the other staff offer advice for seeing the historic sites of the area, so friendly, knowledgeable , and goes out of her way to make you feel cared for and appreciated. She helped us out after we left an item there and handled it professionally and quickly! The valet staff are very friendly as well! A super stay where I hope to return!"

"Gorgeous Curio property in desired downtown Franklin. Quaint, quiet and dripping in charm. Ideal for business and pleasure. Excellent restaurant, quality rooms and attentive staff— Bethany, Jimmy (who graciously and playfully let me call him Patrick Dempsey) and Lane were especially exceptional. I was a part of a large corporate group staying several days and Lane remembered my drink order during my entire stay. She was so sincere to all of us, swift with drinks, and sweetly endured our evening shenanigans. Bethany helped coordinate a cab ride to the airport and Jimmy expertly managed our final team dinner with ease and humor. All three were a delight. Next time I’m in the greater Nashville area, I’ll make a point to revisit the Harpeth!"

"Our stay was fantastic. This had to be the most quiet hotel I have stayed in for a while. We were not disturbed by any of our neighbors and there was no major congestion in the halls even though the hotel was full. There was a wedding one evening in the courtyard and had I not had the drapes open to see it, I would not have known it was going on at all. The location of the hotel made for easy travels to any shopping and activities we had planned. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again."

"This Franklin hotel was a luxury treat. The location is ideal. My room was nice. The service was appreciated. From the multiple valet people that helped me to the desk staff and the manager, everyone was engaging, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the turn down service especially because they put music on the tv. It was lovely to come “home” to."
