I have not lived in TN for many years, but I never forgot him and how impressed I was with him. it may be that the current Dr. William Shannon is his son, and not the Dr. Shannon of years ago, but I am sure if that is the case, based on reviews I am seeing, this current Dr. Shannon learned well from his Dad how to be a caring, compassionate and wonderful Doctor.
