"I called with an emergency. It was an emergency to me anyways! My dog started (out of the blue) holding up a front paw and was acting like he was in severe pain! I called and explained everything to the receptionist and she a place for me with two hours! They were professional and caring and took their time explaining everything I needed to know and now my sweet dog is doing much better!"
