"Worst experience ever! I had just been released from surgery and had to swing by for medicine before going home. My mom and I were in the drive through. The car left in front of us. As we pull up to the window, they literally shut it on us. My mom ran inside and they argued with her saying they close for 30 minutes for lunch. She explained how the window was closed on us. She lives 30 minutes stay and explained how I just had surgery and needed to pick up my medicine to get me home. No one cared and was rude saying we had to come back. We grabbed food and sat back in the drive through to wait for 2:00. At 2:03 they opened back up. I was told that a discount was applied but not my insurance. After asking to run my insurance it took a couple of minutes. My insurance didn’t cover it because to many pill. When we asked to run the discount card again we were told it could take 5-10 minutes. My mom said we already waited so long and we would wait. He argued again saying we have to leave and come back. The pharmacist came over telling us we can’t because others were in line behind us. We pulled out and got behind the third car. When it was finally our turn again, we were told to hold on. He had to clear out the person that just left so he could run it again. I don’t understand why we had to leave if he still had to run it after we left and came back. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had here! I had to be home elevating my foot, but instead wasted so much unnecessary time trying to get my medicine. I am seriously considering moving my medicine to someone else after this uncalled for situation. Instead of arguing, if inside or window would’ve just done their job."
"This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too, and I'm mid 40s. They will split your script when your insurance requires 3 month supplies and charge you full price. They will do this all without even having a conversation with you or letting you know They skipped your insurance. Now I have a half script how do I fill the rest without paying full price again. I was supposed to pay 0$ it's now going to cost me 68 dollars because CVS gave me the shaft with no explanation. My insurance was paying partial on scripts when the meds were backorder as recently as may 28. The clerk gave me the excuse "oh They haven't paid for partial scripts since way back in May of 23." I was like are you joking way back like 4 months ago. Same year same insurance contract no changes. I'm sorry what are you talking about. Just dishing out cheap excuses to their customer as if they were low IQ. I mean why do they wear lab coats? This is just a poor run dispensary not a professional caring pharmacy. Check your receipts guys, or better yet go anywhere else. The lady up front at the cash register today at 3 was the nices most helpful caring customer service employee I've ever seen. You'd think there was a tip jar somewhere. Give her a raise and have her train your pharmacy staff. Give her a raise. I'm off to pay uninsured prices for covered medication. Thanks I'm sure it's all on video take a look headquarters if I were u I'd take the cvs sign off that building. FYI this is not the first problem this was just the last straw. My family of 6 will take all our scripts elsewhere."
"CVS has always been so helpful to me at this location. Good communication, kind."
"The sales people are very helpful and nice. Thank you very much"
"If you can send your prescription somewhere else, do it. 7 people behind the counter, not one spoke to me, or the other 4 in line with me, not one of them working on an order of someone in line. Ridiculous how long they ignored us, until someone in line spoke up. Never again."
