"My husband made my appointment for our dog but I took her in. I don't know who gave Dr. Jen Zervas her degree but she should have it revoked. Or at the very least not be working anywhere near people or animals. She is completely unprofessional, cold, rude, and I really think just not a good doctor or person. I don't want to say she's completely incompetent, but close. Besides the rude and cold way she delt with me she was rough with my dog. I grew up around people who worked with animals, I've had plenty of pets so I know that sometimes when holding an animal you have to put them in funny positions but this was just rough and borderline mean! I won't be back to this location because I just don't want to deal with her ever again. It sucks because it's closer to my place but there's better vets both in Hermitage and Mount Juliet that won't treat my dog or me the way she did. :'("

"This Banfield crew is amazing. I have had my dogs seeing Dr Sweet for 5 years and I have felt completely well taken care of every time I go in there cash and princess love them. If you don't trust Banfield, I would at least give this one a try. They will change your mind and the plan that they offer is right in my budget and it offers everything that my dog needs. You guys are amazing"

"Our 12 week old kitten was one of the unlucky 1% to have a reaction to the feline distemper vaccine. All the staff, especially Dr. Jessica Sweet, were amazing! Our little guy was sick for 3 days with fever, lethargy, anorexia, and joint pain. They kept him IV hydrated and made sure he ate- even spoon feeding him. They are able to squeeze you in during an emergency and take the time to call and check up on your pet after you go home. The prices were way more affordable than the local emergency vets around Nashville too."
