The FedEx Drop Box located at 710 Locust Street in Knoxville, Tennessee, United States offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping options for FedEx Express, or opt for FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

Various packages are accepted at the FedEx Drop Box, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with a FedEx label. The drop boxes can accommodate packages up to 20" x 12" x 6" in size. Drop-off times may vary depending on location, with some drop boxes offering extended drop-off times and Saturday pickup options.

To send a package, simply create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number.
