"Miss Jamie is the only groomer Pablo has ever known! She is amazing! She is always kind, professional, and knows how to communicate with you and your pet. You might meet a few folks who are not so friendly, but it could just be their personality or lack thereof! Don't let them dissuade you from finding Miss Jamie! Pablo gets excited when you ask him if he wants to go see her! I can't say enough great things about her! Our boy struts his "stuff" after a visit to see her!"

"If you want your dog to not be groomed and come back smelly as you left them, feel free to use this PetSmart for your “grooming” needs. I took my dog there this past weekend. They didn’t bother to bathe her, nor used the furmanator as I requested or anything. Oh they also forgot to tell me she was “done”. Called the groomer the next day and all they had were lies and excuses. I was transferred to the manager and she didn’t sound surprised. She just gave me my money back but no apology. I’m so disappointed in this location. TL:DR Avoid this groomer at all costs."
