"Sketchy and pricey place. He charges more than other places, isn’t very knowledgeable about what is and is not considered emissions related (I called BAR to confirm and was told I should not have failed) and then he charges more money for a retest. Every auto shop I’ve ever worked at or m been to does one free retest. And guess what hadn’t failed in the past. Beware you might end up paying over $75 for a smog…. Plenty of other places with better business practices don’t risk it."

"The owner was friendly and there was a nice place to sit and wait. I think I paid ~$60, which felt reasonable. I called in advance and they told me to come in at a certain time, so that worked out really well!"

"The guy helping me was a sub so I can't speak to what/who you'll be dealing with, but this guy was super sweet. Only complaint is that I went for a bike ride while he did my car (it's an old car so a much longer process) and I thought he was gonna call me when it was done, but he didn't. For the longer testing, these guys charged a lot less than most. Just beware that, unlike nearly everywhere else, a re-test if you fail isn't free, its $20. (I passed or I might have been annoyed and given fewer stars"

"I've been here twice and had great experiences both times! Both times I called early in the morning to see if they could fit me in and they were very accomodating. This does not mean that they'll always have the ability to get you in the same day, but if there is an opening they will. I also was not prepared and forgot my DMV slip, but it was no problem. The gentleman who helped me was still able to send my information on to the DMV. The whol eprocess took about 15 minutes and I could not be happier with the service."
