"When I came here I received terrible customer service. No one who works there greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. I had to flag a worker down who was sitting inside the smog station after i saw them look at me multiple times. I asked that worker if he does the smog checks and he just started asking me what year is my car. I had gotten a smog test somehwere else and it failed. I fixed the problem and i did not want to go back to that same shop, but then this person said he cant do the smog check because i have to go back to the same shop that failed me. He told me a lie. I feel like i experienced racism at this shop. I felt so unwanted. I will never return here and give them my money. If you are black, maybe you should avoid this shop too."

"Customer service is excellent when you first arrive Maria is there to greet you and answer any questions you have, Been taking my Cars for smog checks the last 4 years never had issues. Pricing is Fair and they also have Tire shop in the same establishment."
