"I brought my car in 3 weeks ago for an oil change and an entire check of the car for an extra $20.00 The appointment was at 9:30 am . I was told 1 hour. The car wasn't ready till 8 pm almost 12 hours for an oil change and car check. Firestone said everything was fine with the car check. Yesterday my car didn't start. AAA said the battery was completely bad. I'm upset that the service was so wrong the battery should have been replaced three weeks ago when I paid for a complete check. They kept the car 11.5 hours and never said anything about a bad battery. I usually have great service. I been using Firestone for 20 years, but this incident left Me in the cold rain with AAA and stranded for 2 days. I don't feel like the job I paid for was done. I don't believe they checked anything for the added charges. 0 on the service scale. And now I'm back for a $320.00 battery. Waiting"

"Unbelievable! My daughter took her car in for an oil change in the morning. By the time she got to work the car was SMOKING! The very next day we took the car back to Firestone and Larry said it was the radiator. The core leaking. There was radiator fluid everywhere. I find it very odd that they didn't see the problem the day before. He said over time there would be corrosion. And defensively said, "We're paid to do an oil change. We had nothing to do with the radiator." He gave my daughter an invoice to fix the radiator for an outrageous amount. He went on to say the labor is high because it's a lot of work; taking the whole bumper off. Etc. Basically, trying to convince us that the price was fair. I wasn't falling for it. He wasn't ready to give up. He came out a few minutes later with a $300 "discount" Anyhow, we had the car towed 30 miles to our mechanic to do the job. Yes towed! The cost of tow, replacing the radiator (parts & labor) was still cheaper than his quotes. Huge price difference. Long story short, the radiator was cracked and the hose was ripped off.. not corrosion like he said.. This place preys on young college students. Taking advantage, ready to manipulate them & take their money. Well, not today Satan. Not today!"

"Went in for a quick tire check and it was greatly appreciated to know the quality of service and experience. My vehicle was due for tire change but I was in a hurry, they managed to make space for me, got my four tires changed in less than an hour, balance and alignment. I appreciated their service, and got on the road ready for a more secure driving. I will df. Recommend this specific location I have been at the San Fernando (now closed) and their service wasn't the best. It looked like they were sleepy all the time. Here Larry was working alone with a full lobby and manage to take care of all customers in a fast and efficient way. He was quick, and to the point. Larry didn't offered me an unjustified sale, he was welcoming and understanding as I had kids with me. The service department guys were also very respectful hard to find as a girl. Most places want only to do a sale and for you to wait hours, this location is a come in get it done and go. I appreciate it all the efforts to make it work fast, even when I was in a hurry it felt a pretty quickly service, that hour went by fast. Thank you for your great service, customer service was excellent! Above my expectations. Price was average for a quality and warranty tires."

"4/18/22 Arrived for 7am appointment I had made online for brake check. Larry greeted me and had info ready. Sat and waited. Hour later Larry showed me brake pads were good for about another 20,000 miles. He did show me I would be needing tires sometime soon. He gave me a written estimate. Very honest, patient, courteous and clear with his communication. Thank you Larry. I will return. Called & spoke to Rubio who was able to have the Diehard AGM battery I requested transferred to the store. I arrived and one of the mechanics guided me to park my car where they could service it quickly.. Rubio greeted me inside the store, took my info, and within 40 minutes my car was ready. A very courteous young lady took all my info and rang me up and I left with such a pleasant experience of interacting with such kind, courteous and professional team of workers. A very satisfied customer. They are loated on Balboa off Devonshire next to the Dollar Store near the LAFD , Wells Fargo Bank and Chase Bank and across the street from Ralph's Market, Sav-ons, Baskin Robins 31 Flavors Ice Cream and the Salvation Army Store in the strip mall center."
