"Staff is great, company has stupid policies. They used to always rotate my tires whenever needed. Now they always make an excuse, measure the tread depth wrong, or claim some silly nonsense on why they can't do it. I will not buy my tires there any longer. I just got two completely different readings from two different employees on my tread depth. They need a rotation and they wouldn't do it because the tires are "too old" - balderdash, the tread is in the GREEN by good margin, and the truck is always garaged and is my second car used far less. The gentleman who refreshed my tire pressure was apologetic."

Additionally, he happened to be the tech to install all tires on both our cars. I scheduled appointments for both and their service was on time. I was in and out within 40min for each appointment and that included the installation of (4) tires on both cars. Alignment and balance on both vehicles was also done correctly. "This place is great. I went in with a flat tire and they took a look and determined that someone must have let the air out. They pulled the tire off the car, tested it, and then took the tire apart to look closer. They didn't charge me to look at it. They were incredibly nice. Martin, the technician that helped, explained everything to me at multiple points. The manager, Shane, if I remember correctly, was the first person I spoke to and super nice. While I was waiting in the lobby I overheard their team speaking to people and was impressed with how they were treating their customers. I will definitely go back."
