"Got completely opposite recommendations to the same questions on two visits to the store, before and after the sale. The first visit: Me: My wrists hurt when playing. What could it be? Them: Its likely that the racket needs to be restrung. (On seeing the racket) ah, see, the strings on the racket move/slide. They are not supposed to. They should be restrung. Me: ok. Which string do I need? Them: Don't worry about it. We know the right string to use. The following week I picked up the racket. I played with it a couple of times and then went into the store again. The second visit (me talking to a different salesperson at the store): Me: The strings move/slide again after just a couple days of play. Them: That is to be expected. The strings lose tension quickly. There is nothing wrong with that! Me: Could the stringing be related to my wrist hurting? Them: The stringing should not make a difference to the wrist hurting! Them: We must have asked you 2-3 questions to help figure out the right string to use (they did not)! Them: You have a very good string in there!"

"I came to restring my tennis racket. This was the first time i visited this place, i have called before coming to ensure that the place is open and does the work i needed. It is a rather small shop, but it has a sufficient selection of racket sports-related goods. I paid around 40 usd for the work and strings. Also I got a new grip, which i didnt ask for but got recommended by the worker. This was my first time to restring a racket, so I got recommendations on inexpensive strings to pick. The racket was ready in two days, fresh and nicely fixed. Overall, i am happy with the service and the result. One can find lower prices for the work in the area, but this place has a convenient location and the waiting time is quite short compared to other places that i have checked. Also, the workers were attentive, knowledgeable and polite. Overall, i can definitely recommended this shop."
