"There was a kind young Manager that greeted us. She asked what she could help me with. Had a associate in every department to help me get what I needed for a wedding. Shoe associate gentleman didn't seem to want to help whatsoever, wouldn't offer any choices, any ideas, anything won't buy shoes there. Other departments. JEWELRY, PURSE DEPT, MAKEUP DEPT..were kind helpfully and we spent more then expected however with that kind of manager, the associates who cared enough to listen and help , BRAVO. I cant Thank you enough."
"Dennis at the women’s shoes is super helpful, patient and always has a smile on his face. We are living in times that is so hard to come across people like Dennis with great customer service, charming and professional. He’s a gem to Macy’s Palo Alto."
"Macy's is a big box store that never disappoints! Their variety of clothing selection is impressive, and the interior design adds a touch of elegance to the shopping experience. Whether you're hunting for fashion staples or something special, you'll find it here."
"An iconic store at a prime location. Brightly lit and beautifully decorated for the holidays. It evokes feelings of good-old-days, celebration and joy. Walking through the isles, checking clothes, household items, jewelry and whatever else, perhaps buying a few items can be therapeutic in the midst of restrictions and feeling of isolation brought on by COVID."
