"Me and my girlfriend were approached by an employee, possibly manager, when browsing the collection noonish on sunday Nov 8th. We were asked if we needed help finding anything and she kindly directed us to the section for "fatter and bigger women" There was no mistake because she then repeated this when trying to help us further. I had to stop myself from causing a scene, and we left immediately after being asked to try Banana Republic instead. What a slap in the face. We walked out astonished and ready to go home for the day. This staff needs to find a new line of work. Clearly shouldn't have made the cut."
