"Spoke with Shane on the phone this past Saturday. Was set to move forward on an insurance policy with his office. However, I had some more pending questions to ask about the policy he quoted/proposed me for. I immediately noticed Shane's tone about my questions, the fact I was questioning what he quoted me and to cop a tone was astonishing. As a customer, I am allowed to ask questions until I completely understand what I am signing up for. If I can't even ask simple questions about my policy, how could I expect him and his office to assist me with clarification questions in the situation of me dealing with an accident?
