"REALLY disappointed in this Co. Have been using them for years, but the great person who helped us before is gone, and the replacement is awful. I have several emails with questions about a PENDING policy and they will not respond. No excuse for such bad service and attn. Seriously don't want to use BH Gold anymore because of this person. Also, had to get in touch to even find out what was going on for a RENEWAL. Obviously they don't care at all."
