"After 4 years, Arrowhead sent a notice that they were not renewing my homeowner's insurance. First they claimed I live to far from the fire department. We live 4.6 miles from the fire department. Then they claimed we were too far from a fire hydrant. We live on a lake!!!"
"Case# 159012017 Arrowhead Zurich American Insurance Despite numerous emails and phone calls, their third party Adjuster, American Claims Management (ACM) is very unprofessional and not responding to their valued customers making us so disappointed and perturbed. The most alarming is that the claim due to the hail damage in question is two years old and their final check is still awaited despite following up with even their President, Dhara and Director, Barnard and Manager, Patricia and Charlotte several times. It looks like the ACM dont understand the importance despite paying them a hefty premium of over $3800 per annum and they substantially hiked the premium recently. We never had issues with other Insurance Companies in the past. Hope, ACM will resolve this 2 year-long issue on priority basis once for all and send us the necessary check professionally without any further delay. Case# 159012017 June 6th I am in receipt of your response two days ago and noted its contents. It's untrue. Charlotte, Sr. Property Adjuster confirmed me over the phone on May 26th that she talked to the higher level including their compliance team and finally agreed that she will send out this small pending payment as well in full provided I sign a declaration form as asked by their compliance team which says that I will not ask any more payments in the future and our file will be closed as soon as this pending payment is issued. I replied her saying that why should I sign on a declaration form like this and send it to you. Please listen the said recorded conversation I had with her on that particular day as a testimony and keep your word after verifying it as a professional company. I also emailed her the old drip edge and gutter pictures on the same day as asked by her for records. And changing the whole thing again every day is totally unprofessional and unethical which may please be noted. June 9th Sorry to state that you are completely useless (Arrowhead General Insurance Agency Inc. Owner), just copying and resending your initial reply instead of going through the above facts dated 06.06.23 and instantly taking up the matter with your management team and resolving this long standing pending issue once for all. They are not responding to me properly hence this review online."
"When I was buying a house, the home insurance was never paid for through escrow because of confusing language from Arrowhead General Insurance Agency. They said the policy had been "paid in full" (past tense), and it was written on the documentation exactly like that. Everyone thought the insurance was paid for because of this statement, especially since it was in past tense. Therefore, I didn't have insurance on my home for some time after closing. Arrowhead did nothing to try to help resolve this matter and claimed no responsibility."
"I have been a LONG time customer if this firm and the very first time I have a claim it’s sent off to a company called (American claims management) look them up. They literally have worse reviews than arrowhead. It’s a feat to achieve feedback that bad and the best part of it is? It’s all warranted and it’s all accurate. Nancy is a terrible manager with extremely poor communication skills and as long as you just pay your premium and don’t have a claim I’d like to say you won’t have an issue but I can’t even say that. Do yourself a favor and DONT USE THiS COMPANY this is coming from a long time good customer that is on his way out due to their incredible incapabilities. If you use them then it’s on you, as you have been warned."
"Same as the comment below, they sent inspection about a month after I moved in the house, and sent me a mail saying they have to increase the insurance price because it's wood shingles instead of vinyl, I was like, did you really actually touched my siding before you made that ridiculous conclusion? Anyway, I sent them a home inspection report to prove them wrong, then they cancelled my policy saying due to some interior/exterior issues they found in the report they have to cancel my policy. Definitely avoid this company."
