"When I moved in I was very impressed with how clean the apartment was and how well the grounds were maintained. The apartment was well maintained as well, and even the little issues I had at first were immediately addressed by a very friendly and respectful maintenance crew. Stephanie, the property manager, worked quickly to get me an available unit, and has been very helpful and pleasant any time I had a request or question. I've been here 5 months now, and I am very happy. It's peaceful. Minus the 640 traffic, but you barely notice it with the door and windows closed. We'll built units."

"One of the first things that struck me about the complex was how clean and well cared for the property is. The maintenance staff is outstanding and has always addressed any issues that I've had (although there have not been very many) very quickly. In fact, I can not think of a single instance where they have not addressed an issue on the next business day. The garden apartment single level living is a unique and extremely pleasant living experience. The apartment has a laundry room with a washer/dryer hookup which is a feature that makes my life much easier. I have lived in Bouldercrest since 2020 and although there have been very few instances when things needed to be addressed by management. However, any instances that did need to be addressed were handled quickly and professionally by Stephanie Patterson, the property mananger."

"Bouldercrest is a wonderful place to live. Our apartment is perfect for us, well insulated so our electric bill is very small and very well laid out and comfortable with lots of closet and storage space. The location is so convenient, quiet and safe and the grounds are beautiful. Stephanie is wonderful in the leasing office and maintenence is available around the clock. I look forward to living here for many many years to come."
