"I have been here 3 years and we have a numerous turnovers in management. Each manager comes with a new set of rules and personalities and it's exhausting to us the residents because we go back and forth with what was told to us explaining! Me along with a few others moved in here and were given a storage unit and 2 years later it was taken from us saying we're not to get them because there wasn't enough for everyone lol we were told by the first management that it would be first come first serve, just imagine the position it put us in to find storage some place else.. My carpet has not been cleaned in 3 years although I was promised at my 3rd year (not by current manager) that It would be free.. Woodfalls can't keep a maintenance man it's been months since we had one! We have a new property manager again and She is trying to get things done, And she is eager to better this place I will pray for her in hopes that the company will use her eyes to see what a mess the breeze ways are etc. These apartments need some attention they are beautiful but they won't be for very long if they're not seen to properly."

"New resident here and I LOVE IT ! ! ! Toured several properties in Lebanon and this was the best by far in terms of size and price. I was really afraid there wouldn’t be an opening as Wood Falls does have a wait list, but I was able to get into a third floor apartment and the stairs aren’t too bad. Charlotte, the property manager, has been exceptionally kind and attentive throughout the entire process and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The neighbors I’ve met have all been nice and friendly as well which is a real bonus! My teenage daughter is legit insane over her walk in closet and huge bathroom and my master suite is...well, I’m in love."
