"To preface what I'm about to say I want to state that the room was completely fine, nicer than most. But last night near midnight my partner said they heard a noise and it sounded like someone was jiggling the door. A moment later the door opens and a man walks in only leaving when we yelled at him to get out. The key card to the room is nearly silent when you unlock the door but last night it clearly sounded like someone was trying to force their way in. Our things were visibly scattered across the room, and the TV and lights were also on, he did not hesitate to walk in leading me to believe he expected us to be asleep. It wasn't a case of someone entering the wrong room, if they made a mistake they would have noticed that it wasn't their room and would have left immediately but this man saw our stuff and walked into our room anyways. It scares me to think of that man's intentions and the other people's room he could have broken into. When we called the front desk they did not believe us and kept insisting that no one could have entered our room and that they apparently saw nothing on the cameras. We wouldn't have called the front desk if it didn't happen. The man did not seem concerned about our safety what so ever."

"Great deal our room had an extra bedroom and a kitchen with a dishwasher. But bring your own dishes, pots and pans."

"My family and I were traveling to Lebanon for a bike race at Lock 4 State Park. This was the closest hotel that could accommodate our family of 6. Upon checking in to our room, we discovered that there was no internet available and the TV wouldn't work either - you could hear it, but no picture. I was hoping to get some work done while my boys watched TV. We could do neither. Someone came to look at it, but it couldn't be fixed. I was told by the front desk that they would give me another network/password to join when they found the info, but no one ever called me back. I was also told there were no other rooms available to switch to either, even though I saw a total of 10 other people during our stay there. There were also dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a mess in the kitchenette sink on our arrival. My husband had to fix the garbage disposal to get rid of the mess because it wasn't working. I probably don't want to know what all of the stains were on the pullout sofa mattress my boys had to sleep on, but it was rather disgusting. I requested a discount on our room due to all of these issues, but never received one. We will never stay at this hotel again. Travelers beware!"

"I used a family and friends discount to book a much needed room in the month of October. I received a voice-mail stating they could not honor this request and would cancel my reservations! They didn't give me an opportunity to reschedule or pay at a different rate. They literally canceled my reservations via a voice mail. I am still not really sure why. When I called the hotel to inquire, I encountered unprofessionalism, indifference, and an inability to explain why my reservations were canceled. I have honestly never had something like this happen. I have since found somewhere else to stay, but I was honestly a bit concerned when I found out I had no where to stay in a couple of weeks. I gave a one star rating for very poor customer service and zero professionalism."

"Recently stayed here with my family. Was exceptionally clean and the front desk staff were extremely helpful. The room was a very nice size and the beds were comfortable. Having the kitchen area was a huge plus since we were traveling with teenagers. The pool was very clean and it even had a little outdoor area to grill and relax. Breakfast was very good with a pretty big selection. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town!"
