"As a 2-3 star hotel this place exceeded expectations. I expected there to be some scratches on the wall, maybe some some dust on the tables since it is a sort of quick stay hotel. I think some of the negative reviews are from people expecting this place to be on par with a $500 dollar a night hotel. I will be staying here again next time I am in town. +Office and cleaning crew were both nice +Instant hot water in the room I stayed in +Walking distance from my favorite fast food (Cook Out) +Super close by to a Walmart and outdoor shopping center -It did get slightly loud at night but It has more to do with the area around the hotel not the hotel itself"

"I’ve personally been to this quality in a few times, every time was close to the same, hard to find parking, check-in ladies were nice but not helpful, and the cleaning staff is worrisome. The final stay was the worst by far, had troubles right at the start with their online check-in so couldn’t get into the hotel for over 3 hours, then once we finally got in it smelled even more mildew-y than previous stays, and ended up finding what’s known as a “stink bug” basically a bed bug but can give you rashes and stuff, and the woman especially that is cleaning is sketchy. Gets really close and just looks like she doesn’t take care of herself or anything for that matter. I’m not a judgmental person I just want people to be aware, I’m sure here soon quality inn will respond with an “ oh we are so sorry we will be sure to do something” and never do, so if I were you and need the cheapest hotel that DOESNT have bed bugs and doesn’t smell like mildew I’d suggest the Econolodge like right down the street. I will not be staying here again, I’ve been to probably 50 different Quality Inn’s around America and this one was definitely one of the worst experiences all together."

"i really enjoyed my stay here. the lady helping me at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. the room was really clean the bed was a good size and we had no issues. location is great right off the freeway. for the price i am very happy"

"Our second time staying here within a week for work. Both times Krista checked us in. I cannot say enough good things about her! What a pleasant lady to deal with! Every Quality needs one of her! Her mother also works there at the front desk in the mornings and she is very good at her job too! You can definitely see where Krista got it from! One of the only Quality Hotels that still offer hot breakfast and it’s actually good! Rooms were clean. Will definitely be visiting again while working in the area! Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance as well! Would give 5 stars on rooms if they had USB ports for charging phones."
