"These apartments are garbage, they’re money hungry, paint over mold, & just literally will fine you for any little thing, you can’t have anything on your porch other than chairs & there is a limit. Also way over priced, they try to hard to make the outside look good rather than fixing actual problems. :) :)"

"Just like one person said. How you going to tell me how to park. They don't want to do there jobs. So they trying to make you park so they can ride by and stoke your tags. These people are making rules that don't help nobody but themselfs. The apt. are nice but that women over there in rollinwoods need to stay over there. They giving that women to much power. It's fine over here."

"The rules are unreasonable! You can't back in a parking spot. That's crazy. What if you are having car issues ? You can't get a boost due to vehicles on each side. What if the wind gets up an blows trash? You still get a fee added. Stuff was broke and reported for months an finally got fixed after 4 months. You have parking permits but as soon as the office closes every parking spot is took up by non residents an nothing is done due to the office being closed. This is suppost to be a home for people but it's more like a compound due to the new rules. I know quiet a few ppl that been residents for years that's moveing as soon as leases are up. 1 couple has been the at least 9 years and now moved due to all of this. Yes the office workers are very nice but if there's rules they should be enforced 24/7 not just during office hours. If cigarette butts are found you get a fee added to rent, are DNA samples going to be took to fine the correct resident? You can't just ASSUME they belong to any one resident an charge bogus charges to people your not 100% they belong to. As far as the apartments themselves they are nice an reasonable priced, my only issue are the rules they put in place are only in forced during business hours. And also I know for a FACT when trash is emptied by the trash man trash does hit the ground at times so the resident shouldn't be fined for the trash man's mess."

"Took my cousin to apply for an apt. The rent is very reasonable for Lebanon. Staff is friendly and understanding. This would make a good first apt if you are new to the area. Rent is around 650- to 750 for two bedrooms . One bedrooms are also available."

"A family member recently moved to Peyton Park and had nothing but good things to say about the staff. When we visited, the grounds look nice and well kept. (Including the playground) They have laundromat onsite as well as there are w/d hookups in the apartments. My family members apartment was suprisingly spacious for a 2 bedroom and I love the fact each unit has a small back patio. Needless to say, i'm a little jealous! lol"
