"Worst most disgusting hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, to mold all over the shower. The shower drain cover totally coming off, holes in the walls and corners by bathroom. To A FRICKEN SPIDER NEST WITH EGGS!!! Absolutely disgusting worst experience ever, I should of stayed in a super 8 if I didn’t care about my hygiene or getting bit in the middle of the night."

"Rooms are smaller compared to other Hampton Inns I have stayed in. Night shift clerk was unprofessional, both in dress and communication. Additionally, I booked the room with one king bed online and was told at check-in "We don't have any, you can get a double queen" asked about a rate decrease and she refused. Complimentary breakfast was lacking compared to breakfasts at other Hamptons; faux scrambled eggs were floating in water, with no yogurt and little fresh fruit options. Worst part of the night was proximity of hotel to Interstate 40, hotel property bordered the Interstate property, separated by the fence. The cacophony created by the passing tractor trailers was so loud I had to turn on my television and leave on all night to volume level 14 just to sleep."

"Rooms are very dated and worn out. This hotel was in a nice location but there are plenty of other more modern hotels in the area. Sofa was stained, desk chair was chipping away, mattress was old, carpet was old and worn, bathroom had broken handle in shower, floor in shower was worn so much it looked dirty, room overlooks freeway so there is a noise which I expected with location. This location really needs a refresh Hampton inn sign even has light burned out. Location is easy from highway and close to several restaurants. Outback is right next door. Easy driving distance to shopping or other items. I did not talk to staff or have breakfast so could comment or evaluate that."

"I've had the opportunity to stay here for a week I absolutely enjoyed my stay so much. What a great staff!!!!! The woman that is in charge of breakfast in the morning puts on an amazing spread. Every morning it's completely different, it's made me excited to get up at 6 a.m. and go down for breakfast every morning."

"We are Hilton honors, we stay in them every trip we take. Great hotels. We booked this one for the car show and upon arrival we had a confused front desk lady who we had to get attention to that we were there to check in. We checked in and went to our room. Found a horribly nasty bathroom. I took off my shoes to and walked around the bed sat down and found my socks became very dark very fast. We decided we were not going to stay there. Called to book another hotel and left. Upon leaving. We talked to front desk and explained. We were told to contact management the next morning for a refund. When we contacted management they were very kind to refund us our stay, as she explained they were behind on cleaning and had planned a much needed remodel in the near future. As we understand the management has nothing to do with updates. We do feel they can have things cleaned properly. And while updating is an owner choice. I feel professionally shampooing carpets could be done pretty often while in use, Until remodel is started. Old can be cleaned. Has a Hilton Honors member. I don't recommend this particular hotel."
