"Stayed here for one night because ran out of logbook hours, very nice stay! Basically an apartment, kitchen with full size fridge, table to eat at, room was very clean and pleasant to stay at! And most importantly, I couldn’t hear anybody through the walls so I slept very good!"
"Exceptional "efficiency style" extended stay room, especially for the price. I booked because it was $20 cheaper than any other motel at that exit. But it would have been a good value at the same price. The room was very clean and well appointed with a comfortable bed and nice, hot shower. If you're staying for more than a few days or want to cook for yourself on the road, this is definitely your choice. Full sized refrigerator, two burners, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There's no kitchen gear of any kind. You have to bring your own. Trade-off are no continental breakfast and only the ice maker in the refrigerator. It might be able to keep up with drinks for a few people, but it won't fill an ice chest. My room was on the end and I had very little sense of the interstate right beside me."
"Four of us were in town for a local event. We had originally booked the room for 2 days, but arrived early and need to stay an extra night. The staff was happy to accommodate my family and added a night to our booking. Connie was especially friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we hoped for. If we are ever in the area again, we would be happy to stay here again just because of her. The hotel is in a great location and we had a very pleasant stay."
"I only needed a place to crash while I was in Lebanon, TN, so I figured that a low-dough hotel would be the way to go. After I read the awesome reviews I thought I'd give My Place a shot. I was THOROUGHLY impressed!! Everything was clean, the service was excellent, nothing but a great experience!! I'd definitely check out My Place hotels in other cities first before going anywhere else. Super impressive for the price. You cannot go wrong with My Place!!"
"This hotel needs to clarify their check-in procedures and room assignment process. I was at the location early. They wouldn’t let me check-in. After some work, I was able to get back to the hotel and “all that was left” was the handicapped room. It was disgusting. There was hair in the shower. The shower head fixture wouldn’t stay elevated. It slid down. So I had to get my head level with my hips to rinse. I asked the front desk to clarify when we were assigned the room since I was there early, he spoke in generalities and vague expressions. I wouldn’t stay here again."
